(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 31.05.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to take a decision after affording the opportunity to the petitioner. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order dated 22.02.2018, vide which claim of the petitioner has since been rejected. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
