(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.170 dated 25.09.2023 registered under Sections 21, 29, 61 and 85 of NDPS Act, at P.S. Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurnam submits that in compliance of order dated 12.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
