ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Decree holder-petitioner is in revision petition against the order dated 20.05.2015.

Decree holder-petitioner had filed a suit against the Electricity Board and his mother for passing a decree for permanent injunction restraining defendants no.1 and 2 from permanently transferring, changing or cancelling or making any alternation in the tubewell electricity connection. The decree was passed on 18.01.2010. In the year 2014, petitioner filed an application claiming violation of the aforesaid decree. The learned Executing court after noticing that a new electricity connection bearing No.AD-231137 has been issued, dismissed the execution petition.

Learned counsel for the decree holder-petitioner has vehemently argued that the aforesaid connection is in the name of Kulwinder Singh. Learned counsel has submitted that the land is joint between the parties. Civil Revision No.1061 of 2016 (O&M) -2with the decree holder-petitioner.

Once a new connection has been issued, which is running, this Court does not find that the decree passed has been violated. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for a new electric connection, if permissible under the law.

The revision petition is dismissed.
