RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 12.03.1996 in case FIR No.184 dated 29.11.1992 registered under Sections 308, 323, 452, 148, 149 IPC pertaining to Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. Since on the basis of compromise FIR No.184 dated 29.11.1992 has been quashed by this Court vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-1234 of 2019, therefore, order dated 12.03.1996 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom is also quashed. Disposed of accordingly.
