Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 06.01.2020 (P-3) passed by respondent No.1; whereby petitioner was transferred from Moga to Faridkot, being third in a row since 12.07.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
