As despite lapse of considerable time, petitioner was not being issued Passport,he filed CWP 16274/2017 which was disposed of vide order dated 23.10.2017 with a direction to the respondent to issue passport to the petitioner within two weeks on his fulfilling requirements. Alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt was filed. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states that passport stands issued to the petitioner, rendering the instant contempt as infructuous.
Disposed of as infructuous.
