This is an application seeking withdrawal of the company petition. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the Directors. He further submits that FIR Nos. 53 dated 17.05.2010 & FIR No. 58 dated 11.04.2012 registered in the matter were quashed on the basis of compromise by the coordinate bench vide order dated 14.09.2017 passed in CRM M-16053 of 2017 & CRM M-16050 of 2017 respectively. In the interests of justice, application is allowed. The company petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek revival in case there is any change of circumstances.
