It is needless attempt to come to this Court to secure recalling of the order passed striking off the defence. It shall be open to the defendant to make an application to recall that order by filing written statement and explaining the reason as to why he could not file the same on the day when it was posted and why it was not filed within a period of 90 days as prescribed by law. If such an application is moved, the Court will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
