* * * * Mr. Charanjit Singh, Additional Superintending Engineer, PSPCL submits that the petitioner has already deposited the entire demand against him in October, 2011 and he had also moved an application before the Additional Superintending Engineer that he has now no dispute with PSPCL. He further submitted that in view of this, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Mr. ML Saggar, Senior Advocate does not dispute this position.

In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
