(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.47 dated 03.05.2023 registered under Sections 323, 34, 354-A, 377, 498-A, 406 IPC, at Women Police Station, Ballabgarh District Faridabad and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars on behalf of all the accused.
