COCP No.706/2017 2 petitioner while learned counsel for respondent has produced a copy of order dated 28.4.2017, which is taken on record. As per said order dated 28.4.2017 the representation of the petitioner has been decided and due amounts released. Thus, it is stated that the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
In view of the speaking order produced today, in my opinion, no further action is warranted in this contempt petition. Dismissed as infructuous. However, in case petitioner still has some grievance, he may seek redressal of the same, by seeking remedy in accordance with law,if so advised.
