Ram Sarup (since deceased) husband of petitioner-Darshna Devi was working as Jail Warder in Sub Jail Malerkotla. He alongwith one Budh Singh,warder were dismissed from service due to escape of two jail inmates on the intervening night of 30th and 31st July,1989. Ram Sarup challenged his dismissal by filing a civil suit. The said civil suit was dismissed by trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 30.8.1990. Aggrieved against the same, Ram Sarup filed an appeal which was allowed by the Appellate Court by allowing the suit and reversing the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court. Respondents filed RSA 976/1993 before this Court which was dismissed vide order dated 4.9.2017 with costs. Now the instant contempt has been filed alleging noncompliance of the 4.9.2017 passed by this Court in RSA 976/1993. dismissing the appeal of the State.
After arguing the case for sometime and realising that the order is executable, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.02.26 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
