ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.21 dated 12.03.2020 registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
On instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that in this case challan has been presented, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for interrogation. In view of the above, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 02.02.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the RAVINDER SINGH 2021.11.24 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
