The revision petition is dismissed as requiring no intervention, for the Court has observed that practice of examining any witness even before the party is put, was only after this Court passed the order. In this case, the witnesses have all been examined before the order passed by this Court on 23.03.2015 and the affidavit of the defendant was presented in January, 2015 again the time which was before the passing of order by this Court.

The order passed already is maintained. The revision petition is dismissed.
