Reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Raja Sekhar Vundru, Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, 30 Bays building, Ground Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh has been filed in court. Mr. Saini, appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. A speaking order has been passed. He has referred to para 2 of the affidavit which reads as under:- "2. That in pursuance to the aforesaid order dated 13.12.2016, the petitioner was called for hearing by the then Managing Director (Sh. Sudhir Rajpal, IAS now transferred on 12.4.2017) of the Corporation on 25.1.2017 in the Head Office at Sector 17, Chandigarh. The petitioner appeared before the Managing Director and after granting opportunity of hearing, speaking order has been passed by the then Managing Director on 13.2.2017.

Copy of the order passed by the Managing Director was sent not only to the petitioner, but the same was sent to all the concerned with the petitioner by Registered Post. Not only that copy of the speaking order dated 25.1.2017 was Ajay Kumar 2017.05.

COCP No. 727 of 2017 also sent to Shri Jitender Dhanda, Advocate, who had appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the writ petition as well as in the present contempt petition. Copy of letter dated 15.2.2017 and speaking order dated 13.2.2017 are attached as Annexures R/1 and R/2 respectively."
