Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition as the order passed by the writ court stands complied with. Thus, this petition is hereby render infructuous and is dismissed as such. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to seek alternative remedy in case any grouse still subsists. No order needs to be passed in this regard as the petitioners would always have liberty to challenge the speaking order.
