1. The petitioner who had acquired diploma in Pharmacy from Deen Dayal Rustagi College of Pharmacy, Gurugram, seek issuance of directions to respondents for registering the petitioner with respondent No.4-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

2. It is contended that although application supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.4 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioner subsequently also submitted representation dated dated 15.7.2022 (Annexure P-4) but to no avail.

3. Notice of motion.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representation dated dated 15.7.2023 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest.

6. A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated dated 15.7.2023 (Annexure P-4) be sent to respondent No.4-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana, for necessary compliance.
