(Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the present revision petition was filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 11.12.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby application filed by the respondents under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for additional evidence has been allowed. It is further pointed out that during the interregnum vide judgment and decree dated 24.07.2019 the main appeal itself has been decided and, hence, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
