**** Daya Chaudhary, J. (oral) Learned State counsel submits that a detailed order has been passed on 28.04.2017 and pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefits have not been released to the petitioner. Learned State counsel also submits that the benefits in pursuance of order passed will be released within a period of four weeks.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved in any manner, he is at liberty to move representation to the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks and the respondent-authorities are directed to consider the same and pass necessary order.
