The petitioner shall make an application for recalling himself before the very same Court setting out the reasons as to why he could not be present to lead evidence in spite of several opportunities as observed by the Court in its impugned order dated 15.01.2016. If such a prayer is made, the court shall examine the circumstances mentioned and take an appropriate decision.
