Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

There is simply no justification for the petitioner to arrive before this Court to complain that the evidence has been closed. The remedy lies before the very same Court. The counsel shall apply before the very same Court setting out the reasons as to why he could not conclude his evidence in spite of several opportunities as observed by the Court below in its impugned order dated 05.02.2016. If such a prayer is made, the court shall examine the circumstances mentioned and take an appropriate decision.

2.

The civil revision is disposed of with the above observations. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE February 15, 2016 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.02.17 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
