Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2023, however, leave encashment and GPF has been paid, after more than 16 months as also gratuity and pension have not been paid, with regard to which, a legal notice dated 18.09.2024, Annexure P-3, has been served upon respondents, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
