NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2017 vide which a direction was issued to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner.
Separate reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been filed. As per the reply filed by respondent No.1, the speaking order dated 04.02.2019 has been passed vide which both, the 1st and the 2nd ACPs have since been granted to the petitioner.
