(ORAL) The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.07.2015 vide which a direction was issued to decide representation of the petitioner by way of a speaking order. Short reply filed today in Court on behalf of the respondents is taken on record. As per the short reply, the order has been complied with and case of the petitioner was considered. However, the same was rejected by passing a speaking order dated 30.01.2018, Annexure R-1. In this view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition. The same is hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
