A portion of the agriculture land of the petitioner measuring 2 kanals 16 marlas situated in Village Dadri, District Bhiwani containing a Samadh/Temple was ordered to be released, to the extent it was not required for widening of the road or the green belt after conducting a fresh survey and demarcation, vide order dated 19.9.2013 passed by this Court. The Secretary-cum-Director General, Urban Estate Department,Haryana has passed an order dated 28.5.2014 whereby it has been recorded that the entire site of the petitioner falls in the alignment of 75 meter wide road and hence not entitled for release.

Present contempt has been filed alleging that by passing of order dated 28.5.2014 respondents have violated the directions contained in the order dated 19.9.2013.

At the time of hearing,realizing that no contempt is made out, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt to enable his client to avail appropriate remedy in accordance Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.03.01 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
