(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tenant has vacated the demised premises and vacant possession has been handed over to the respondent-landlords. He further submits that in the light of the above noticed subsequent development, he has been instructed to withdraw the present revision petition. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the same. Ms. Salina Chalana, Advocate, appearing for the respondentlandlords affirms the above factum and raises no objection to the withdrawal of the petition.
