AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) In view of order dated 26.05.2015 passed in CP No.75 of 2015 titled M/s Mani Ram Rajesh Kumar Vs. M/s Welkin Agro Industries Pvt Ltd whereby the said petition has been admitted and the Official Liquidator has been appointed as provisional liquidator, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
