On 26.5.2022, this Court, in the hereinafter extracted manner, had ordered for the continuation of the order, made on 17.1.2022, wherethrough the facility of ad interim bail, became granted to the petitioner.

Even on the second call, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner(s).

2.

In the interest of justice, list on 7.7.2022. 3.

Interim order(s) to continue only uptil the next date. 4.

However, if the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) does not appear on the subsequent date, or a prayer for adjournment is made, thereupon, the interim order(s) shall deemed to be ipso facto vacated, without any further reference being made to this Court.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected case."

CRM-M No. 1631 of 2022 -2interim order, as previously made by this Court, would be deemed to be ipso facto vacated, without any further reference being made to this Court. 3.

In the wake of the above order made by this Court on 26.5.2022, and, since today also no appearance on behalf of the petitioner is made, thereupon, the above order is to be taken to its logical conclusion, and/or, is to be given effect, and, the apt sequel thereof is that, the order made by this Court on 17.1.2022, becomes ipso facto vacated. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
