There is no need for making any intervention in the order dismissing an application for impleadment since according to the petitioners, they have themselves filed an independent suit and it is pending before the same Court. They may move an application or memorandum to the Judge to take both the cases simultaneously. If such a memorandum is filed, both the suits be heard together simultaneously and disposed of in accordance with law. 2.
The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
