***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.10 dated 9.1.2020 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Sections 66-C and 66-D of IT Act at Police Station IMT, District Rohtak.

The counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 17.1.2022 passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-1753-2022 The State counsel on instructions from Inspector Kuldeep has admitted the aforesaid fact and further stated that now the petitioners are not required by the police for any further investigation or custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, there is no need of any reply of Gazetted Officer as per the earlier directions.

In view of the matter, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. The order of interim bail dated 17.1.2022 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
