Mr. Vivek Goyal, Advocate for the petitioners. RAJIV SHARMA,J Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.5 lacs to the respondent-Bank for the purpose of regularization of their accounts in order to prove their bonafide. The petitioners further undertakes that after deposit of the said amount and on regularization of their accounts, they would repay the remaining balance within a period of nine months from today.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to deposit Rs.5 lacs with the respondent-Bank within a period of three weeks from today and repay the entire amount thereafter within a further period of nine months from today subject to their account being regularized.
