Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) The petitioner had impugned the orders passed by the authorities prescribed under the Haryana Ceiling of Land Holdings Act,1972 declaring his certain area to be surplus and subsequent mutation. The said orders appear to have been set aside vide order dated 24.5.2011 passed by this Court while granting liberty to the respondent authorities to take action under the Ceiling Act subject to certain contingency. After hearing counsel for the petitioner no case for initiation of contempt proceedings is warranted as no positive direction is stated to have been issued.

Dismissed.
