(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition, taking into consideration the Regular Second Appeal i.e. RSA3674-2014 already pending between the parties to the lis, wherein the question relating to the ownership and possession of the suit property by the petitioner, is pending adjudication. In the given circumstances, he submits that the present revision petition be dismissed as withdrawn and he shall also be withdrawing the suit for possession filed at the instance of the petitioner, pending before the court below on the next date of hearing, with liberty to seek appropriate remedy, after the decision of the RSA.

In view of the submission made aforesaid, the revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
