In deference to the order dated 11.02.2022, Ms. Suman Lata, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Narnaul, is present in the Court. She admits that in the facts of the case, the period of validity of the sanction of building plan is to be calculated from 20.12.2021, the date on which the order, passed by the Deputy Commissioner, was set aside by the High Court. The building plan, for the construction of first floor, has already been sanctioned by the Municipal Council.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the validity period would operate from 20.12.2021. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
