**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) The present petition was filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions in the nature of Mandamus.

Vide order dated 17.01.2023, counsel for the petitioner appeared and was apprised about the act and conduct of the petitioner, wherein, she had made a statement that she would be filing a separate complaint before Women Cell, Sector 17 Chandigarh. Subsequent thereto, on the last date also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar, submitted that no complaint has been filed by the petitioner, even today, the situation is the same and the petitioner does not seems to be interested in the present petition.
