(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to act in accordance with the Custom Milling Policy for Kharif 2024-25/Wings App Policy by providing 2 stacks/ rice carts to the petitioner as per the entitlement. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, he has moved letter/representation dated 04.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.1, but the same has not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date. 3.

On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. K.K. Gupta, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. 4.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the concerned Officer/Authority shall take decision either way, on the letter/representation dated 04.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner HIMANI GUPTA 2025.01.16 09:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further, at this stage.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 (General Manager, Food Corporation of India)/competent Authority to decide the letter/representation dated 04.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of three weeks from today. 7.
