G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present revision petition as the Corporation will vacate the premises in question by 31.03.2015. He has also placed on record a copy of the communication addressed by the Chief Director of the petitionerCorporation to respondent no. 1 that the petitioner may be allowed to remain in the present premises till 31.03.2015 on existing rent. Mr. J.S. Toor, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and does not controvert the said fact. Accordingly, since an understanding has already been arrived at between the parties, the present revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
