***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Darshan Singh Mann, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Tarn Taran, has been filed in court today. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Sukhbir Singh submits that both the accused have been arrested. Thus, there is no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner at present.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. Needless to observe that, in case, any grouse still subsists, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
