The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case (cross case) Rapat No.11 dated 09.07.2024 under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 3(4) of the BNS, 2023 arising out of FIR No.164 dated 22.06.2024 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of the IPC (Sections 307 and 326 of the IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Kotwali, Kapurthala. 2.

After issuing notice of motion on 15.01.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim bail by this Court vide, with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the order dated 15.01.2025 reads as under:-
