On instructions from Mr. Ramninder Singh, Sr. Assistant, Local Government-3, branch, who is present in court, she submits that legal notice served by petitioner has been decided. Copy thereof shall be supplied to the petitioner within ten days from today. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any grouse subsists.
