Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.189 dated 31.08.2019, registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur, under Sections 308, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 302, 323 and 120-B IPC added, whereas Section 308 IPC deleted later on).
Vide order dated 14.01.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
