There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive to this Court to complain that the witnesses have not been cross-examined and the side is closed. If there is any justification by the petitioner to seek for recall of the order, it shall be open to the petitioner to file application before the Court below setting out circumstances as to why witnesses could not be present and if the Court satisfies, it will allow the cross-examination to continue.

The revision petition is dismissed but with the above observations.
