(Oral) Learned State counsel appearing for the respondent submits that writ petition was disposed of with a direction that grievance of the petitioner be looked into in view of decree passed by the civil court. According to him, said decree had been stayed by the appellate court. This fact was not brought to the notice of the writ court. He submits that necessary clarification shall also be sought by moving an appropriate application. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. Dismissed.
