The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.80, dated 7.8.2021 registered at Police Station Mehta District Amritsar Rural, under Section 295-A of Indian Penal Code and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
This Court finds that the petitioner had earlier also filed a similar petition in this Court i.e. CRM-M-43704-2022, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.4.2023 (Annexure P-3). The said order is reproduced hereinunder: "This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.80 dated 07.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 295-A IPC, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Pankaj Kakkar 2024.01.15 18:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-1812-2024 (O&M) - 2 - 2024:PHHC:004598 Rural and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 02.09.2022 (Annexure P-2).
Vide order dated 21.09.2022, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements. Since the parties did not appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 12.10.2022, another opportunity was sought and granted vide order dated 15.11.2022 and the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 29.11.2022 for recording of their statements. However, again the parties did not appear for recording of their statements. Another opportunity was sought and granted vide order dated 18.01.2023 for recording of their statements on 01.02.2023, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. Report dated 09.02.2023 has been received from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Baba Bakala Sahib wherein, it has been stated that none of the parties appeared before the trial Court for recording of their statements. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn."

This Court finds that the aforesaid conduct of the parties surely does not leave any room for entertaining the second petition. The instant petition, as such, is dismissed.
