*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Vide order dated 11.08.2015 passed by this Court, CWP No.24475 of 2012 was allowed and impugned order dated 12.09.2012 was quashed. The respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of BPEO. Thereafter, nothing was done and the petitioner has to file the present contempt petition. In response to notice of motion, reply has been filed. Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been promoted to the post of BPEO w.e.f.06.03.2011.
