(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 9.12.2016, vide which direction was issued to pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months after looking into the grievance of the petitioner raised vide representations dated 25.10.2016 and 28.9.2016. Replies on behalf of respondents have been filed. As per reply, the order has been complied with by way of passing of a speaking order dated 2.3.2017. The same is annexed with the reply of respondent No.2 as Annexure R/2-1.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
