The instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting-aside the judgment dated 02.12.2021, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad as well as the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 14.03.2019, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, wherein the petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 01 year and to pay the compensation amount of Rs.30.00 lacs to be paid to the complainant within a period of 02 months. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
