Mr. Malkeet Singh, learned counsel for applicant-respondent No.2 relies upon the order dated 05.08.2016 (Annexure A1) to contend that the civil suit in which the interim order has been passed, has itself been dismissed as withdrawn. Since the main suit itself has been dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives for consideration in the present revision petition and seeks dismissal of the same as having become infructuous by way of application bearing No.22129-CII of 2016. In view of the aforementioned fact, the application is allowed and the revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
