  /0 The petitioner has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for issuance of directions to the Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Dhuri to decide the Civil Suit bearing No. CS-566-2019 title as Vir Vikram vs. Rajvinder Singh expeditiously and in a time bound manner. Heard.

Copy of the plaint is also annexed with the petition. A perusal of the same reveals that the civil suit is of the year 2019. On query, it is stated that the case before the learned Lower Court is fixed for 09.02.2024 for plaintiff's evidence.
