(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.191 dated 14.07.2019 registered under Sections 307, 325, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station Sadar, Dhuri, District Sangrur. Admittedly petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 19.02.2020. At the time of passing of orders dated 19.01.2021 and 22.03.2021, the factum of the petitioner being declared proclaimed offender was not brought to the notice of this Court. It was only on 28.07.2021 in CRM-M No.29444 of 2021, the factum of present petitioner being declared as proclaimed offender came to the light. Thereafter, on 17.09.2021, learned State counsel brought to the notice of this AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.10.12 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
